Client Records
Save client details once and link them to multiple sites. When you select a client on the Cover page of a site, all the client info auto-populates.
Assessor Profiles
Save assessor details once and pick them on any inspection. The selected profile auto-populates the assessor fields on the cover page.
When a client is linked to the site (in the Cover Page tab), their primary contact details auto-fill the empty Responsible Person fields below the first time you visit this tab. System category, panel configuration, device counts, cause & effect verification, battery standby and engineer competence all captured. Client and Responsible Person auto-populate from the site (overridable).
Compartmentation & Fire Stopping Inspections

Portable Firefighting Equipment β Servicing Certificates
Issue one-page servicing / inspection certificates for portable fire extinguishers (BS 5306-3:2017 / BS 5306-8:2023 / BS EN 3) and fire blankets (BS EN 1869:2019). Client and Responsible Person details auto-populate from this site and can be overridden per certificate where required.
Photo Library
All photographs captured during the inspection, grouped by door.
Fire Door Inspection Survey β Report
Generate the door inspection report for the current site.
DRAFT overlays a tiled "DRAFT β NOT FOR ISSUE" stamp across every page so the report cannot be re-used as final.
Fire Risk Assessments β Reports
Tick the FRAs you want to generate, then choose Published or Draft. PDF and Excel can be batch-generated for multiple FRAs in one go.
Multiple selections produce one file per FRA, downloaded back-to-back. The Published option performs a final-state check (no actions outstanding can be flagged) before generating.
Fire Alarm & Detection β Certificates
Batch-export BS 5839 fire alarm certificates. Each tick generates a separate compact 1β2 page certificate PDF.
Compartmentation & Fire Stopping β Reports
Generate full BS 9999 / BS 9991 / BS EN 1366 compliant CFS inspection reports. PDF mirrors the FRA report layout with cover, ToC, methodology, element schedule, linked evidence, action plan, photographic evidence, sign-off and full legislation appendix.
Portable Firefighting Equipment β Certificates
Generate one-page certificates for fire extinguisher / fire blanket servicing (BS 5306-3 / BS EN 1869). Each certificate downloads as a separate PDF.
JSON Export — portable inspection data
Export inspection data as JSON to back up, share with colleagues, or move between devices. Site bundle includes the current site + its linked client + its linked assessor profile, so it's fully self-contained. Full bundle includes every site, every client and every assessor.
JSON Import
Load a previously saved JSON to continue an inspection on another device. Accepts site bundles, full bundles, and legacy export formats. Existing records with the same ID are replaced; new records are added.
